Overview
I led the design and execution of a unified visual identity and communication system for the Harvard Business School AI Institute (formerly the Digital Data Design Institute, D³), spanning web, print, social media, and live events. Working closely with communications, alumni relations, and product teams, I built cohesive, scalable brand experiences for audiences ranging from internal stakeholders to 2,000+ attendees at global academic events. From social campaigns to symposium signage, I owned the end-to-end creative process, ensuring brand consistency, design scalability, and measurable engagement across every touchpoint.
Visual Systems & Campaign Templates
I designed an extensive Figma component library for the Institute's communications, covering: social assets (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), web graphics and email headers, print materials (agendas, booklets, posters, signage), and branded event collateral and roll-ups.

Social Media Design & Paid Campaigns
Partnering with the social media manager, I designed high-performing organic and paid content across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube, supported multilingual campaigns targeting global academic and industry audiences, and used Sprout Social for performance insights, trend analysis, and social listening to inform design iterations.
Organic and paid social creative across platforms and languages.

Performance reporting and multilingual ad creative (e.g. 29,083 impressions, 7.3% engagement rate on a sample cross-network report).
Brand Manual & Identity Expansion
I audited and expanded the Institute's brand manual standardizing typography systems, grid and layout structures, and iconography/visual hierarchy. I created global brand lockups and identity extensions for partnerships and initiatives, including NOVA School of Business & Economics (Portugal), University of Morocco, and D³ Labs and internal research initiatives designing adaptable digital and print identity systems for cross-cultural branding needs.

The D³ brand manual: primary and secondary logo systems with usage rules. (The Institute was renamed the Harvard Business School AI Institute in 2026; these assets reflect the D³ identity in place at the time.)

Global brand lockups and identity extensions for international partner institutions.
Event Branding & Presentation Design
I led end-to-end creative for major Harvard and international events, collaborating with alumni relations, executive leadership, and event producers. I designed print programs and editorial layouts, speaker decks and presentation templates, digital signage, venue wayfinding and environmental graphics, and social promotional assets managing tight production timelines and international delivery across multiple time zones.
Environmental and stage branding for the Institute's symposia (The Cubies, Gen AI, GEM).

Speaker check-in, digital signage, and venue wayfinding.

End-to-end event branding for the AI Elevate Summit in Dubai.
Mentorship & Team Enablement
I mentored a junior designer and an intern on layout best practices, accessibility, and system-based design; built Figma starter kits for communications teams, interns, and social collaborators; and ran design reviews and walkthroughs to support cross-functional asset requests while maintaining quality standards.
